Where Consulting is a personal consultancy run by Dr David Mountain. David has over 20 years experience working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Location Based Services (LBS), in both commercial and academic contexts. David is qualified to the highest level, holding both an MSc and a PhD in GIS.

The consultancy is based in Exeter and has clients across the South of England, including London.
